About Heather

I'm Heather, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Therapist. I founded Balanced Behavioral Services to provide families with high-quality support. I specialize in early childhood development and play-based intervention. As a mom to neurodiverse children, I understand the challenges families face and bring that perspective to every session.

Balanced Behavioral is intentionally small, so families receive individualized attention, open communication, and a truly collaborative experience. You'll always work directly with a BCBA, without long therapy hours or rigid 40-hour recommendations, just high-quality support tailored to your child and family.

I combine evidence-based strategies like ESDM and ABA with practical routines to help children build skills, independence, and confidence, while empowering parents to continue progress at home.
